A veteran of 40+ start-up businesses in Japan, the mainland US and Hawaii, Grif specializes in assisting people become owners of LQ (Life Quality) Businesses. A published author, Grif is completing a new book called LQ Business in which he explains the secret to owning a business which enhances the owners LQ (i.e. earn more, work less). Married for 28 years to a Japanese national, Noriko, the Frosts have raised four children who have been educated in London, Tokyo, Madrid and Valencia, Venezuela.
